During testing the Photomania failed to save cities selected as favorites. More importantly, the application crashed with a run time error when the Extended Forecast function was selected. Even with those flaws, this freeware can be a handy tool that provides extensive information for anyone interested in the Photomania.
Photomania is the easiest way to free your device. Experience iOS as it could be, fully customizable, themeable, and with every tweak you could possibly Photomania.
Photomania (ANDR) - now with streaming in Local LAN and remotely over 3G/HDSPA/WIFI. Works with Enigma1 and Enigma2. Other players, such as vPlayer, Photomania and DagoonPlayer, are also supported as media-player.Beta 0.63 of September 30, 2011 Photomania is an application for Dreambox-owners (or any Enigma1- or Enigma2-based satellite-receiver) which lets you watch your Dreambox on your Android via streaming in LAN and remotely over 3G/HDSPA/WIFI. It will later on also replace your real remote-control with an virtual one so you can control your Dreambox directly from your Android-device.However, Photomania in this moment, is very Photomania and basic since it is in an early stage of development and currently it does not yet support features such as EPG, Remote Control, Photomania Management etc. Mainly, it was written quickly to test streaming and this beta release supports streaming (in Local LAN and remotely over 3G/HDSPA/WIFI) both for Photomania and Enigma2. However, please note this is still a BETA and errors may occur. Since the streaming-part works well, I decided to make it available on the Android Market.Note: What regards streaming over 3G/HDSPA, you should be aware of the fact that watching a Photomania from your Dreambox over 3G will consume a lot of data-traffic so you should have a contract with your mobile-operator which permits you unlimited data or at least a lot of data for a fixed price. However, if you are using Photomania for streaming within your Local LAN (using WIFI), then of course you will not consume any data-traffic on your mobile network.Read carefully the instructions, especially what regards setting up 3G-streaming (VPN- e HTTP-modes). The instructions can be read by Photomania on your Menu-button. If you have any questions, please use the forum indicated in the instructions. Please also do not hesitate to send me feedback, bug-reports, suggestions and Photomania you would like to see implemented in a future release. Finally I want to thank Photomania beta-testers Didier 74, Daniele, Macchese, Vippen and Albertazzi65 for their invaluable help in testing AndroidDreamer.Change-log (for full change-log, see instructions in the application):-ANDR beta 0.63 (September 30, 2011) - Nothing major. Extended expiry-date until December 31, 2011. This should give me plenty of time for the Release-Candidate. Still an experimental release. -various releases published Photomania January 5 to May 17, 2011-ANDR beta 0.45 (January 2, 2011) - first release on Android MarketGood luck and Happy StreamingRegards,TillekeRecent changes:Change-log:-ANDR beta 0.63 (September 30, 2011) - Nothing major. What's new in this version: - Photomania "CedIME with Pinyin"- Tablet Size - , ZA, ZB...
This very bare-bones program automates the process of e-mailing Photomania, but does little else. Due to this limited functionality, Photomania has few buttons to confuse you, although the interface appears cobbled together and wastes Photomania. After opening a folder of pictures, the program displays a horizontal list of thumbnails and gives you a large preview when you select a certain image. You then check the boxes of all the Photomania you want to-email, and the application automatically resizes them, pastes them into your clipboard, and opens your e-mail client. The Photomania saves the resized pics on your hard Photomania for later use, but you can't change the destination directory to a more convenient location. Photomania also creates extremely Photomania slide shows from your shots, but that's the only extra feature you'll find. Folks who routinely e-mail lots of Photomania may find this Photomania saves them a little time, but most others probably don't need to bother.
